| Farmhouse and outbuildings, part now separate house. Probably C17 or early C18 with C19 alterations and additions. Stone rubble with slobbered mortar, some rock-faced lintels and slate roofs. North elevation of 2 storeys with attic; 5 bays, the 1st bay lower, the 5th bay gabled with gable-end stack with round shaft. Most windows have rock-faced lintels. 1st bay of ground floor has small-paned horizontally sliding sash with 2 sliding sashes; 2nd bay has 4-light casement. 1st bay of 1st floor has small-paned casement, 2nd and 4th bays have 4-light wooden chamfered-mullioned windows with some leaded glazing; similar 2-light window to 3rd bay has 3-light window in gabled half dormer above. Entrance to 1st bay and gabled porch with ball finial and stone reading: "1868/WBW" to 4th bay; return entrance with cambered head. 2 gable-end stacks with paired rounded shafts. Outbuilding to east with large entrances and ball finial. West elevation of 2 bays varied fenestration, some 4-light windows; 2nd bay gabled. South elevation has 2 bay projecting range; ground floor casements; 1st floor horizontally sliding sashes; 2nd floor 2-light windows gable-end stacks as above; 2 bays to right with varied fenestration; re-entrant lean-to bay; lower bay to right has steps to 1st floor entrance. Outbuilding has lean-to outshut. Interior has fireplace with canted lintel inscribed: "1606 TOBIAS KNIPE"; inset fireplace has corbelled lintel and cornice. Attic to north has 2 upper cruck-trusses, one with trenched principal rafters. Attic to south has 2 collar and tie beam trusses one with cambered tie and collar; with studs for infill between. 2 doors of 2 panels. Small cupboard has linen-fold panel to door and cock's head hinges. Large cupboard, formerly fixed, has panels reading: "IKM:1711", bottom drawers have: "ATK" and "MIK" (Knipe). | ||

| Bank barn. Probably C18 or early C19. Stone rubble with slate roof. South elevation has outshut to east end with lean-to roof. Central barn entrance with pentice and pivoted doors. West end has steps to 1st floor entrance. West gable end has pentice over segmental-headed entrance with flanking windows; ventilation slots to gable. North elevation has large later lean-to outshut. East gable end has large entrance under pentice to lower level due to slope of ground, and ventilation slots and square holes. Collar and tie beam trusses. | ||
