hearsay Falttened ring, Thom type D, diameters 27.2m and 24.4m, and outlier; reconstructed after destruction 1820. 10 stones left out of 12.
The tenant farmer, James Fox, buried all the stones, 1820, without the permission of his landlord. The circle was reconstructed, using the packing stones which had been left underground for locations, weathering for positioning, 1949.
