Farmhouse. Fireplace keystone inscribed: "JCA/1756". Later additions. Stone rubble with quoins to left hand end of house, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with bank barn to right and outbuilding to left. Windows have C20 casements. Gabled porch between 2nd and 3rd bays. 3 cross-axial stacks. Outbuilding has partly blocked large entrance; barn has entrance, small lights and pitching hole. Rear has outshut and stair wing under catslide roof. Barn doors up ramp. Interior has stone fireplace with corbelled lintel with key and moulded opening; cupboard has doors part panelled, part open, with turned balusters.
