		Farmhouse. Late C18. Painted brick on painted stone plinth. Graduated greenslate roof with brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. C20 door in eared architrave under pedimented cornice. Sash windows in painted stone surrounds. End wall left has carved stone coat of arms, probably of the original owner. Remains of a ground floor 2-light stone-mullioned window in rear wall suggests that part of an earlier building is incorporated.

		Wall and gateposts. Low rendered brick wall enclosing small garden on 3 sides. Panelled square stone gate piers with cornices under pineapple finials. C20 gates are of no interest. Included partly for G.V. with Knowehill.
