Railway viaduct. 1875 by J.S. Crossley, engineer for the Midland Railway, as part of the Settle-Carlisle line. Rock-faced red sandstone masonry with brick soffits to the arches. 7 arches of 45' span on battered piers with imposts and a continuous band at track level. Solid parapets. This lies partly in Langwathby C.P.
