House. c1820. Ashlar with slate roofs. 2-storey centre of 5x3 bays with hipped roof, with wings of one storey with attic and 2 bays, the outer bays breaking forward under gables. 1st floor sill band and wide bracketed eaves. Windows are sashed with glazing bars, some to returns are painted blind windows. Wings have 2 eaves bands, with lights between. All but one window are painted, those to outer bays are tripartite. Entrance has porch which has columns without bases, frieze, cornice and blocking course; overlight with glazing bars and 6-fielded-panel door. 2 cross-axial stacks. Rear has projecting wings, that to north of 4 bays. Most windows are sashed with single glazing bars; several glazed doors, several cross-axial stacks.
