Farmhouse and stables. Early C19. Incised cement render over dressed grey sandstone with eaves cornice and parapet, and V-jointed quoins, on squared plinth. Hipped graduated greenslate roof with grey sandstone ashlar chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bays with flanking single-bay wings and rear right-angled stable. Panelled door and overlight within prostyle Ionic porch. Sash windows with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds, that over entrance a larger French window opening onto porch roof. Wings have sash windows, those on ground-floor tripartite. Right wing extends to rear to form stable with segmental arched cart entrance under sash windows.

Barns. Early C19. Dressed grey sandstone with V-jointed quoins, under greenslate roof, partly replaced with corrugated asbestos. 2 storeys in U-shape. Centre range has 3 ground-floor doorways and 2 windows, all under loft doorways and vented windows in stone surrounds. Left part has large segmental cart doorway with quoined surround; slit vents, left doorways under windows. Right part has enlarged doorways under lofts and openings with stone surrounds. Other adjoining extensions are not of interest. Has group value with Petteril Green.
