| House. Possibly C17 core; 1778 date on lintel to inner front door, with initials I. & R.M., probably refers to remodelling; C19 alterations and additions. Coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roof. 2 storeys. Originally symmetrical, 3 bays with bay added to right in C19. Gabled porch with part-glazed door; 3-light window to left with paired sash and single sash to right on each floor. Remains of C17 chamfered window surrounds to rear. Stone mid and end chimneys. Interior: Some original plank doors. | ||

| Barn and byre ranges. 1763 date over farmyard wagon entrance with initials I. & R.M. Coursed squared rubble with quoins. Hipped, graduated slate roofs. 'L'-shaped plan: 2 storeys, 14 bays (4:10) overall. Dated range has plank central byre door with casement to left and segment-headed wagon entrance to right. 3 loft doors; dovecote under eaves above byre door. Stone steps in angle between ranges up to 1st floor entrance in range adjoining house,which has a ramp wagon entrance to rear. C19 king-post roof trusses. | ||
