| Farmhouse. Dated lintel reads: "IHK/1693" (date also on plaster overmantel, now removed), with later alterations. Stone rubble with slate roof. L-plan, 2 storeys. North-west wing has north-west elevation of 5 bays. Most windows have small-paned fixed glazing with opening lights, but 4th and 5th bays of ground floor and 2nd and 3rd bays of 1st floor have small-paned casements. Entrance to 4th bay has embattled lintel with date, gabled canopy and studded door. Gable-end stacks and cross-axial stack. South-west elevation of south-west wing of 5 bays, with gable end of north-west wing to left and small outbuilding to right. Dripstone continuous over ground floor windows to 1st 4 bays. Double-chamfered cross-mullioned windows with C20 leaded glazing, but 1st 2 bays of ground floor have 2-light windows, now window to 5th bay, gable end has cross-mullioned window with label and single-chamfered light over. Outbuilding has 1st floor entrance from higher track. North-east elevation of south-west wing of 4 bays. Ground floor has 2 windows as above but of 3 lights with transom; cross-mullioned window to 4th bay. 1st floor has cross-mullion window and 2 of 3 lights; 4th bay has balcony under catslide roof and 2-light wooden-mullioned window. Entrance to 4th bay has lintel with sunk ogee and label mould; studded door; balcony entrance has wide-boarded battened door, strap hinges with fleur-de-lys finials. Outbuilding has large opening to ground floor with casement window above. South-east elevation of north-west wing of 4 irregular bays. 1st bay has small lights, double-chamfered to ground floor, single chamfered to 1st floor. 3rd bay has single-storey lean-to outshut. 2nd bay of ground floor and 4th bay of 1st floor have small-paned fixed glazing with opening light. Small-paned casements to 4th bay of ground floor and 2nd bay of 1st floor. South-west wing has plank and muntin partitioning with moulded muntins enclosing dairy; small opening with splat balusters to one side; wide-boarded door. Large blocked segmental-headed fireplace. North-west wing has plank and muntin partition; plain spice cupboard; door with planted moulded battens forming 4-panels; 3-panel door to landing, and wide-boarded doors to 1st floor with strap hinges and wooden latches. | ||

| Double barn. Probably late C17 or early C18, extension dated 1733. Roughcast stone with slate roof. Large building, with gabled wings to west side, that to left has slate datestone inscribed: "TDH/1733" with incised decoration. Both wings have ball finial and pentices over ground floor entrances and windows; 1st floor windows under dripstones, that to left has dove-cote entrances in triangular frame, that to right has panel over, and top dripstone. Central part has 2 barn entrances with pentices and paired pivoted doors, with ventilation slots between; entrance to left has 3 stone panels above. Rear has late C20 cow house of no special interest and inserted window. Interior has collar and tie beam trusses and cross wall to south of centre line. | ||
