| House with adjoining barn and byres. Late C17 with later additions and alterations. Coursed rubble, with quoins, on plinth. House front stuccoed. Graduated slate roofs with stair outshut to rear. 2 storeys. Original house probably cross-passage plan of 4 bays with byre. 2 ground-floor sashes with blocked 2-light stone-mullioned window between and blocked fire window to far left, all under drip-course; right-hand sash probably replaced original door. 3 sashes above. Single-bay C18 extension to left; C20 part-glazed door with sash above. Rendered chimneys. Byres adjoin to left and right under sane roof line; higher barn/byre added at right-angles to far left. Barn and byre entrances to rear and returns. Interior: Court cupboard built into (cross-passage?) wall; large, but undated, with moulded doors. Chamfered fire-beam is boxed in, forming shallow cupboards with similar mouldings to court cupboard. Single-storey C20 corrugated iron building adjoining byre on left not of interest. | ||
