Farmhouse. Probably early C18. Painted rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bys; 1st bay probbly later. Windows are mostly sashed with single glazing bars, but those to 1st bay have all glazing bars, casement to 4th bay of ground floor. 2nd bay has paired sashes with recessed flat-faced mullion. Entrance to 3rd bay has half-glazed door and gabled porch. Gable-end stacks and large cross-axial stack. Rear has gabled wing and outshut under catslide roof. Varied fenestration. Interior has chamfered beams, that to fireplace is cambered.
