| Farmhouse. Early C18 with later addition. Stone rubble with ashlar dressings and slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays the 1st 2 bays probably later. Windows to 1st 2 bays are sashed with vertical glazing bars and horns, but that to ground floor has C20 casement. Windows to 3rd and 4th bays have smaller paired sashes, some with small moulding to surround, some now with casements; fire window to 3rd bay. Entrance to 1st bay, and one between 3rd and 4th bays with gabled porch incorporating date: 1720, but probably later. Gable-end stacks and cross-axial stack. Rear has 2 gabled wings flanking lean-to outshut. Inserted garage door to wing to right. Interior has early C18 fielded-panel partition with 3-panel door. Small plain spice cupboard and plastered heck partition wall. | ||
