1729. Roughcast or stucco, pantiles, 2 low storeys. No 72 has a panelled door in plain stone frame with lintel dated 1729, 2 sash windows on ground floor with vertical glazing bars, and 3 12-paned sash windows above. No 74 has a panelled door, one square sash window with vertical glazing bars on ground floor and 2 16- paned sashes above. No 13, Nos 17 to 55 (odd), Nos 36 & 38, Nos 46 to 86 (even) together with No 47A and Kirkgate House form a group.
