| Pair of houses. Late C19. Scored stucco and pebble-dashed, graduated slate roof. 2 storeys with cellars and attics, 2:2 windows to 1st floor. No.1 on left has part-glazed, panelled door and plain overlight under renewed, gabled canopy on brackets. Canted bay-window on left has projecting sill to sashes of 2:4:2 panes under bracketed cornice. 1st floor sill band to 4-pane sashes. Shaped iron gutter brackets; gabled dormer, limestone end stack and ridge stack on party wall. No.2 is similar except that the door is set beneath a continuation of the bay window cornice; to its right is a side passage doorway under basket arch. | ||
