Small house and attached garden wall. Early C19. Cement rendered, graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Near-central doorway with part-glazed 6-panel door under cornice on consoles; projecting stone sills to 16-pane sashes in thin surrounds. Cast-iron ogee gutter on shaped blocks; end stacks. Front garden enclosure wall has limestone corner piers and triangular copings. C20 wing to rear of house not of special interest.
