House, probably formerly lodge or gardeners house for nearby Fergushill. Circa 1841 for John Yule. Whitewashed hammer dressed red sandstone, with large smooth quoins; graduated hipped slate roof, yellow brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, single bay, with late C19 single storey extension to left. Entrance in extension has chamfered surround and oak plank door. 2-3 light stone mullioned windows have 3-pane casements with hood moulds. 2-pane sash windows in extension. C20 extension to rear not included in listing.
