Farmhouse, attached barn at higher level and walls and railings to front garden. Probably C18 with later alterations. Limewashed rubble walls; graduated greenslate roof with stone ridge and 2 end chimneys. House: 2 storeys; 2 windows: early C19 casements with glazing bars except for later replacement window, in keeping,to upper left. Central wide, gabled porch with side benches, ball finial, moulded barge-boards and panelled door. Barn: 2 original board doors under shallow arches with voussoirs to ground floor; loading door over. One bay taken into house with C20 casement. Decorative cast-iron weathervane on gable to left. Rear of barn has waggon doors with canopy and dove holes in gable. Low walls of limestone slabs carry wrought-iron railings with cast-iron decorative finials and hammered standards. Monolithic gateposts. Interior not inspected.
