Farmhouse. Datestone inscribed: "LC/1722", later alterations. Roughcast stone rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays, central entrance plan. Dripstone over ground floor. Windows are sashed with vertical glazing bars and horns. Gabled porch has segmental-headed opening and early C19 iron frame enclosing porch for climbing plants, with anthemion; 6-fielded panel door, 2 glazed panels, and original latch; datestone in recess above. Gable-end stacks, that to right corbelled. Right return has wooden cross-mullioned window with one intermediate bar and some leaded glazing remaining. Rear has casements and later lean-to outshut. Single-storey wing to right return of no special interest. Interior, not inspected; said to have stair with slender turned balusters and moulded handrail, ramped dog gates with wavy splats and finials stored in attic; stair door with wooden pull handle (RCHM).
