Farmhouse. Dated 1742 with inscription Michael Smith over entrance, C19 alterations. English garden wall bond brickwork on chamfered stone plinth with V-jointed quoins. C19 Welsh slate roof with eaves modillions; C19 brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bays, double span. Top-glazed 4-panel door in bolection moulded architrave inscribed and dated frieze, under swan-neck pediment with decorated tympanum. C20 single-pane sash windows in narrow painted stone architraves. Stair window over entrance is larger and has C19 coloured-glass sash. Brickwork of front and sides changes above ground floor and suggests rebuilding of the upper storey in C19, retaining original window surrounds and quoins. Outbuildings are not of interest.
