2 houses and barn. Probably late C17 or early C18. Roughcast stone, barn stone rubble with quoins, and slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, with barn to south-west end. North west elevation has irregular fenestration. Ground floor has window with small-paned fixed glazing with opening light to 1st bay; 2nd bay has casement; 4th bay has opening with no frame. 1st floor has 2 sashed windows, that to 1st bay with vertical glazing bars and horns, that to 2nd bay with thick glazing bars; 2 windows have small-paned pivoted casements. Entrance to 1st bay has ovolo moulded opening, raised to centre of lintel; entrance to 3rd bay, that to 4th bay has chamfered opening. Large projecting gable-end stack with set offs; cross-axial stack. South-east elevation has varied fenestration, one 3-light single-chamfered-mullioned window to 1st floor; end bay breaks forward. Interior 1st cottage has fielded panelled partition walls with dado and cornice; 2 panelled doors with architraves and dados. Fireplace with panelled surround and fluted key; cast iron grate; cupboard to right has H-hinges. Rear room has fireplace with crane with later copper placed in front. Stair has 2-panel door; 1st floor plank and muntin partitions, winding stair. 4-bay barn, the 1st bay roughcast, with stone stair to 1st floor entrance. Barn entrance has quoins, segmental arch and pentice. Rear (south-east) elevation has outshut under catslide roof.
