Farmhouse. Dated 1883. Limestone and slate rubble with red sandstone dressings, graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with central 2-storey porch and wing to rear left. Chamfered plinth, rock-faced quoins. Porch opening has quoins and Tudor arch; square-headed door with overlight within. Dripmould continues across outer bays to cover 3-light and 2-light windows having plain sashes, chamfered stone mullions and quoined surrounds. 1st floor: porch has date plaque and moulded oversailing course beneath matching 3-light window with hoodmould; outer bays have 2-light windows. Cavetto-moulded eaves course. Porch and end gables have shaped kneelers, chamfered gable copings and ball finials. Quoined end stacks. Rear: twin, 4-pane sashes; round-headed stair window.
