Farmhouse. 1655 date, with initials I. & S.K. on re-used panel to rear of lean-to; 1678 date with initials I.K., S. & E (or F) K on lintel over front door. Later alterations. Pebble-dashed rubble. Graduated slate roofs with projecting eaves; stepped, corniced stone end chimneys. 'L'-shaped plan; front elevation 2 storeys with attics, 3 bays. Central C20 plank door in enlarged C17 doorcase with dated lintel and hoodmould; C20 casements (larger to left) to either side and above. 2 gabled dormer windows with sashes. Lean-to against left return. Rear retains two 2-light, double-chamfered, mullioned windows and a part-blocked mid C17 doorcase with embattled lintel, all under hoodmoulds with labels. Interior: Beamed ceilings to ground floor rooms, one at which has a moulded wooden cornice and the other a bracketed fire surround with corniced mantle. Corrugated iron garage adjoining rear wing not of interest.

Cart shed mid stable. Prabably C18 with later alterations. Coursed rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roofs. 2 storeys, 3 bays overall (3:3). Stable has central plank door with window to either side; central semicircular-headed door above, with vent slits to either side. Cart shed, set back on left, has 2 plank doors and a segment-headed cart door to ground floor with vent slits above.

Granary. Probably C18; later alterations. Whitewashed rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roofs; stone end chimney. 2 storeys, 2 bays with lower wing adjoining. 2 plank doors and casement window to ground floor, two 2-light mullioned windows above. Dog-leg steps up to 1st floor entrance in right hand return. Wing to rear of steps has plank 1st floor door at head of steps, plank door and small window to ground floor of return.

Byre ranges. Probably C18 with later alterations. Coursed rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roofs. 'L'-shaped plan. Main range 2 storeys, 3 bays; other range 1 and a hall storeys, 2 bays. Main range: Left-hand bay has segment-headed door to each floor with casement windows to either side on ground floor; central bay has plank door and casement window; right-hand bay (set back slightly) has segment-headed plank door to ground floor with small plank door above. Lower range has elliptical-headed dour with plank door to either side and small casement to far left; weather vane to gable.
