| House divided into 3. Early C19. Roughcast walls, with angle pilasters and eaves modillions, on moulded plinth. Graduated greenslate roof with lead hips; painted incised stucco chimney stacks. Single storey, 2 bays, with 2-storey, single-bay wings, that to left now Roseacre and that to right No. 2, all under common roof. Top-glazed panelled door with overlight within tetrastyle Tuscan porch, wood-framed bay windows. Wings have sash windows with glazing bars. Roseacre has C20 door, all in painted stone surrounds. | ||
