Small house formerly 2 cottages. Probably early C19, altered. Ruled stucco, cement-tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st floor. Canted bay window with plain sashes flanked by doorways with hoods and by plain sash windows (that on right with segmental arch). 1st floor: 3 plain sashes, that to left smaller; projecting sills. 6 stone gutter blocks. Left end stack on party wall with No.4 Church Street (qv); limestone end stack on party wall to right. Included for group value.
