C17. Stone and slate rubble, with graded slate roof and centre chimney. 2 low storeys. Main entrance on gable end has a modern window above. The rear facade towards the road has stone steps up to a wooden spinning gallery, over the former main entrance, with a catslide roof down to the dairy etc. The front is now hidden but has 6 new small casement windows on upper floor, and slate dripstone over ground floor. Interior said to have carved panelling and old cupboard. For group notes see General group description under Low Hartsop.
