Farmhouse. Late C17 with alterations dated and inscribed over entrance J & AJ 1742. Whitewashed render over mixed sandstone rubble. Graduated sandstone slate roof with brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with further bay over arch to right, all under common roof. Plank door in chamfered surround to right and loft door above. Ground floor sash and casement windows with glazing bars in C18 surrounds; blocked central 2-light window and another over the archway; 2 other chamfered-surround windows, with stone mullions removed, and one blocked upper-floor firewindow. Derelict and unoccupied at time of survey.
