Early C18. Scored stucco with rusticated quoins, 3 high storeys. Gable end towards Queen Street has a good entrance up 5 steps, with panelled door, panelled reveals to deep shell doorcase with round-arch, keystone, Tuscan pilasters and flanking Gothic traceried lights; 1 small window on each upper floor. Duke Street facade has 3 sash windows on each floor, and a boarded door at basement level.
